整機(jī)全部采用不銹鋼材料制造；篩筒毛刷選用快速卡裝式連接，拆裝方便，清洗方便；電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速由變頻器控制，可承受較大的啟動(dòng)力矩，運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)、可靠；機(jī)座配備可轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)滾輪，移動(dòng)靈活；操作簡單、工作可靠，生產(chǎn)效率高，拋光潔凈度高，剔除廢品。

• 膠囊充填機(jī)將充填后的膠囊輸送到拋光機(jī)斜槽入口。（A）。

I. The capsule filling machine deliver the filled capsule to the slot mouth of polishing machine.(A)

二、膠囊從入口（B）通過旋轉(zhuǎn)毛刷將膠囊?guī)е梁Y網(wǎng)筒（C）中。

II. The capsule from the entrance (B)via the rotating brush  is delivered to the net roller (C).

三、在篩網(wǎng)筒中（D）毛刷對膠囊表面進(jìn)行拋光和除塵，并對缺帽和固體帽分離而散落的物料，通過真空吸口（E）進(jìn)行物料回收。

III. In the net roller (D), brush can get rid of dust and polish the surface of the capsule, as well as defected products and falling substance, recycle the material by vacuum intake mouth (E).

四、毛刷將膠囊送至篩網(wǎng)筒的出口。（F）。

IV. The capsule is sent to the exit of net roller by brush(F).

• 在分選裝置（G）中，能通過清潔的壓縮空氣把裝量輕微、空殼、碎片以及體帽分離的膠囊收集到儲(chǔ)存器內(nèi)（H）。

V. in the separating selecting device (G), through clean compressed air to make defected capsule separated from the qualified capsule and collecting them into the storage. (H).

• 壓縮空氣的壓力，顯示在過濾減壓閥的壓力表（I）上，并根據(jù)不同的需求進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)。

VI. Compress the air pressure, it will display on the pressure meter (I)equipped on the filtering valve, it can be adjusted according to different demand.

• 合格膠囊通過出口（J）送口。

VII. The qualified capsule will be delivered through the exit (J).
